Terms and Conditions
The rules for using this website and the scope of the information it contains.
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
These terms govern the use of panamavault.com, operated by Luis Zelaya (conZZuL), Panama City, Republic of Panama, under the Panama Vault – Escudo Patrimonial Global 360 brand. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. General information, not advice
The content of the website (pages, articles, country guides and FAQ answers) is general and educational information. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and reading it or submitting the form does not create an attorney-client or professional advisory relationship. Panama Vault is a consulting and coordination service: when a case requires a licensed lawyer, a resident agent, a bank or another professional, that professional acts under their own responsibility. Each case is reviewed individually before any recommendation.
2. Procedures and outcomes
Outcomes of procedures before Panama's National Immigration Service, banks, the Public Registry or other entities are not guaranteed. They depend on third-party decisions, the regulations in force and whether the file is complete and meets the requirements. Any timelines mentioned are references, not commitments.
3. Figures and rules may change
Amounts, requirements and timelines cited on the website, for example those of the Golden Visa under Executive Decree 17 of 2026 or those of the private interest foundation under Law 25 of 1995, are based on the regulations reviewed as of each publication date and may change without notice. Always check the current version with the official source or your advisor before acting.
4. Your tax position at home
Panama's territorial tax system does not determine how your country of citizenship or tax residence treats you. Before moving, investing or transferring assets, review your position with a qualified tax advisor in your home country. No structure described on this website is meant to hide assets or evade legal or tax obligations, and transfers made in fraud of creditors can be challenged.
5. Consultation form
You agree to submit truthful information about yourself. Submitting the form does not oblige either party to enter into a contract. Data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to third-party websites
The website links to other sites such as tramitesvisapanama.com (visa procedures), traducciondocumentospanama.com (translations) and cotizarseguropanama.com (insurance quotes). Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and you use them at your own responsibility. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites.
Insurance quotes are handled on cotizarseguropanama.com, where Luis Antonio Zelaya Zelaya acts as Account Executive, registration ROEC-1737, on behalf of Servicios Internacionales de Seguros, S.A. (SI Seguros). Any coverage is subject to the policy terms and to the insurer's evaluation and approval. Panama Vault itself does not sell insurance and is not an insurer or an insurance broker. Regulated and supervised by the Superintendency of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama (Regulado y supervisado por la Superintendencia de Seguros y Reaseguros de Panamá).
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, images, logos and the Escudo Patrimonial Global 360 brand belong to their owner or are used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source. Copying, reproducing or republishing the content for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, to send spam or malicious content, or to attempt unauthorized access to its systems or database.
9. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Panama Vault and its operator are not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content, nor for interruptions, technical errors or the content of third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Panamanian law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date at the top.
