Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us, and how to exercise your rights.
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
This policy explains what personal data we collect on panamavault.com, why we use it, where it is stored and how you can exercise your rights under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation, Executive Decree 285 of 2021.
1. Data controller
Panama Vault – Escudo Patrimonial Global 360, operated by Luis Zelaya (conZZuL), Panama City, Republic of Panama. Contact for any privacy matter: [email protected] or WhatsApp +507 6618-7555.
2. What data we collect
Only what you type into the private consultation form:
- Full name, email and WhatsApp or phone number.
- Country of residence and nationality.
- Primary objective, approximate range of wealth to structure, timeline and preferred contact channel.
- Confidential comments (optional) and your acceptance of the consent checkbox.
Each submission also automatically records the date and time, the language and page you wrote from, your browser type (user agent) and the approximate country of connection reported by Cloudflare. We do not store your full IP address in our database.
We do not ask for identity documents, account numbers, passwords or health data through this form. Please do not include them in your comments.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
- To answer your inquiry, review your case on a preliminary basis and, if you wish, prepare a service proposal.
- To contact you through the channel you chose (WhatsApp, email or video call).
- To keep a record of your consent, as the regulation requires.
The legal basis is your prior, informed and unambiguous consent, given when you tick the form's checkbox, and, if you hire us, the contractual relationship. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Confidentiality and who receives it
- Panama Vault team: each inquiry triggers an internal WhatsApp notice to Luis Zelaya and to one team collaborator so we can reply. No automated message is ever sent to you.
- Technology providers: Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website (Cloudflare Pages) and the database (Cloudflare D1). WhatsApp and our email service are used to communicate with you and for internal notices.
- Professionals in Panama: if your case needs a lawyer, resident agent, bank, translator or tax advisor, we share only what is necessary and only with your prior authorization.
- Authorities: when a law or an order from a competent authority requires it.
5. Where it is stored and international transfer
Form data is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, with access restricted to the team and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Cloudflare operates servers outside Panama, so your data may be stored or processed in other countries. By submitting the form you consent to that international transfer, which is carried out with providers that apply recognized security measures.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or first-party tracking or marketing cookies. Cloudflare, which provides hosting and security, may set strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, to detect automated or abusive traffic) and loads a small script that protects email addresses from bots. These cookies are not used to identify you or for advertising. If we ever add analytics tools, we will update this policy before doing so.
7. How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires keeping it longer. If you hire our services, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.
8. Your rights
Under Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021 you may exercise at any time your rights of:
- Access: know what data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: object to a specific use of your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +507 6618-7555 stating your name and the right you wish to exercise; we may ask for reasonable identity verification. We reply within the periods set by the regulation. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS connection, a private database with no public access, access limited to the team and filters against automated submissions. No system is infallible; if an incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Minors
This website and our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that a minor has sent us data, we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The website links to third-party sites such as tramitesvisapanama.com, traducciondocumentospanama.com and cotizarseguropanama.com. Each has its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading before sending any data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be posted on this page before they apply.
13. Contact
